For ease of use, Count.It suggests Admin log into the full desktop site when wanting to access the Admin Dashboard versus navigating it on the app.
Once logged in, you'll see a drop down menu by your name toward the upper right corner of your web browser window. Select either "Group Admin" or "PRO Admin":
