The automated gift card options are marked "disabled" when the PRO Group does not have a valid credit card on file — or any credit card, in the event that they are using a promo code.

  • If you'd like to set up gift card rewards for your challenge, just add a credit card on your PRO Admin > Accounts page.

At the official end of your challenge, we will determine how many of your group members have achieved the goal(s) you set, and we will send them the gift cards that you've chosen as rewards, in the amount that you configure on your PRO Admin > Challenges page. We will then bill your card for the total amount, and send you a receipt.
