First, thanks so much for running your challenge on Count.It! To cancel your group's PRO plan, simply log in and go to your PRO Admin---> Account page and select "Cancel Plan".


If you are on the PRO Program, it will look something like this:

And you will then see a pop-up message (example below) - click "OK" to confirm this cancelation.


If your group is on the PRO Event plan, it will look something like this:

And you will then see a pop-up message (example below) - click "OK" to confirm this cancelation.

Please note: a Count.It Event (6 weeks) has been paid for in full and canceling your plan early will not result in a refund of any kind. Count.It Program plans have a minimum 3-month commitment and canceling your plan early will not result in a refund of any kind.


For ALL PRO GROUPS: When you cancel the PRO plan, your group will not be deleted. You will simply revert to our free BASIC plan. That said, you will lose PRO access to your teams, challenges, Admin reports, etc. If you wish to remain active on Count.It BASIC but stop emails until your next PRO challenge, you can change your email notification preference on your Settings--->Profile page.

If you would like to remove your personal account entirely, you can do so on that same Settings --> Profile page. Simply click the "Remove Account" button. This will remove your active account, email address, and past activity data from the system. You will no longer receive any system emails and you will need to create a new account in order to participate with a new group on Count.It.
