Teams are a feature of Count.It PRO. There are two reasons why teams that have been created might not appear on the group leaderboard:
The team(s) have been made "inactive" by the group admin via the PRO Admin --> Teams dashboard.
The team(s) don't have a score yet. Teams won't appear on the leaderboard until they user members with non-zero scores.
Note: Users can see all the "active" Teams on their Settings --> Teams page.
