To add a profile picture, you must access the site on the full site (desktop) rather than on the mobile site:
Go to your Count.It Profile page and move your mouse over the big circle at the top left.
A camera icon will appear in the middle of the circle -- click that icon.
Follow the prompts to select an image and upload your new profile image*
*For user profile images, Count.It supports standard .jpg and .png images. For best results the aspect ratio should be as close to square as possible, as these will be cropped into a circle. The file size should not be greater than 500KB, though the system may accept larger.
Note: Often there is a browser cache restricting the ability to refresh the page immediately - simply just waiting to refresh the page will solve the issue!
