It's often hard to predict how many people will join your group and challenge. For that reason, on Count.It, you can easily increase your number of participants at any time*.
Please note: Once registered for a PRO Event or PRO Program, there is not an option to lower your number of participants until your plan concludes. This means a 6-week minimum for PRO Event groups and a 3-month minimum for PRO Program.
For that reason, Count.It recommends that when you first upgrade to PRO, you set your group size to a conservative estimate of how many people will actually sign up. Then, if more people want to join, you can buy more spots later. See here for the general guidelines to remove unwanted members at any time.
If more users attempt to join your group than your current group size allows, you will be alerted, and they will be put into a "pending" state until your group Admin upgrades the group.
Here are the two steps for Admin needing to increase group size:
Step 1: Go to your Account page, and use the slider to increase your group size as needed.* Then click the Upgrade Plan button, and proceed through the checkout process.
Step 2: Once you've increased your group size limit, go to your PRO Admin > Members page and approve any "pending" users.
You can then increase your group size at any time, even after the challenge has started, and/or during your free trial period. If you are in the middle of a free trial, you will not be charged until the end of your free trial.
*Note: PRO groups operate on a minimum of 10 users at any time and Admin can increase their group by any multiple of 5 as indicated on the pricing slider.
