If some wires got crossed in the process of signing up and you're now in the wrong group - no worries! Simply shoot us a quick message with your active Count.It email and the name of your current group (& don't forget to provide the name of the group you wish to join) and we will be happy to make that change for you!
Or, if you prefer, you can simply delete your current account and start over using the group 'Search' function or using the direct invite link* provided by your new group Admin. *If using the invite link, you should only join using the website, not through the Count.It app. Why? The custom invite link can only be used for web onboarding. Simply click the link and follow the prompts to create your new account and automatically be added to your group before downloading the Count.It app.
If you were once active on Count.It in an old group and are having trouble joining your new group, simply follow these steps listed above.
