You are placed "on the bench" if we cannot determine your score. This could be because you do not have a tracker attached to your account, or perhaps the tracker has not synced with our system in a while.
You can prompt an immediate sync: Click the "Sync" button on your Count.It Logs page, or users of the Count.It app can simply open the app and:
- click the 'person' icon on the bottom right corner
- hit the sync wheel on your personal page to update your data (you can double check on your "LOGS" tab to confirm everything is up to date!)
- hit the home icon to return to your Group Leaderboard and see where you stand!
